Installation and Commissioning
The delivered analyses apparatus will be build-up skilled and come into operation by THIEMT technicians. This takes place in cooperation with your quality-management-team. The activation of the devices and first analyses are serving likewise for training.
Training of Employees
The employees will receive an initial briefing on the analyses-systems and will be trained thereon.
The training includes the accurate handling with the devices and software, their performance review, routine overhals and the recognition and eradication of mistakes.
If required a training about the analyses technology takes place. Essentially 3 training concepts will be offered, these can be chosen from:

| (1) Short-Term: Installation and instruction with a project depending timeframe from 1 to 4 weeks. |
| (2) Revolving: Installation and instruction plus several following repeating appointments. |
| (3) Long-Term: Installation and instruction plus composition of a QS-concept with a timeframe of several months or longer. |
QS-Concept-Implementation
On request a quality management concept will be created, that is individually fitted on the activity and the customers defaults. This can be implemented in the operation by our technicians in cooperation with your QS-team.
Service
Independent of the project location, the functionality of the devices will be guaranteed also after delivery – this service takes place by ourselves, our local representations and by the manufacturer resp. by his local subsidiaries.
