Laboratory building – an overview of the implementation

The implementation of a building project comprises the following work phases:

• Object surveillance (WP8)
• Object supervision and documentation (WP9)

The implementation of a building project is mainly the object surveillance or the construction surveillance respectively.

The conducting of the single work sections will be kept under surveillance and coordinated. Works will be approved, defects have to be detected and the repair of deficiencies has to be organized. The construction surveillance also comprises the assessment of cost.

In the work phase “Documentation” all documents and drawings are accumulated.
