Generally, a set of rooms that serves the conduction of analytical, sensorial food studies is considered a sensory lab. For this purpose the actual testing room is designed in a way that the test persons are distracted as little as possible by other sensory stimuli while performing the tests.
The labs will be custom-made on site, according to the customer request and local conditions. Mobile test cabins are offered for the flexible operation on site. Generally, the focus lies on complete furnishing of separate rooms with stationary cabins.
